These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website MakeMyLoanEasy.com ('Site') and the provision of project report preparation, financial documentation, and related advisory services ('Services') offered by MMLE.
By using the Site or purchasing Services, users ('Customers') agree to be bound by these Terms.
MMLE provides documentation and advisory services for the preparation of project reports, business plans, and financial analyses intended for submission to banks and financial institutions. MMLE is not a lender, broker, or guarantor of any loan or financing.
Reports are prepared based on data provided by the Customer, discussions with their representatives, and data sourced from publicly available information presumed to be authentic.
The report is based on information and clarifications furnished by the borrower, data provided by them on our Site, discussions with their officials, and data collected from various sources assumed to be authentic. This appraisal report is not intended to provide the sole basis for any credit decision. Any direct or consequential loss arising from the use of this report or its contents shall be solely borne by the recipient or user of this report.
Customers shall provide complete, accurate, and current information. MMLE shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or misstatements arising from information provided by the Customer or public sources. Customers shall use Deliverables only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
Fees for Services shall be as displayed on the Site at the time of placing the order.
Payment must be made in full prior to commencement of Services unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Refunds are limited to cases of non-delivery within an agreed period or breach of material obligation by MMLE. Loan rejection or change of intent does not qualify for a refund.
MMLE's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific Services giving rise to such claim. MMLE shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profit, goodwill, or business opportunity.
MMLE shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural calamities, war, cyber incidents, system failures, or governmental restrictions.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
Amendments: MMLE reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with the revised effective date.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Policy, along with any order confirmation, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
Interpretation: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
