ROC search focuses on MCA public records in a bank-standard search format. Due diligence is wider — we agree the scope (financials, litigation checks, management review, etc.) and tailor the report to your purpose.
Is the fee fixed on the website?
No. Fee depends on scope, entity complexity, and turnaround. We quote after a brief discussion and document list — before work starts.
Is this the RBI consortium diligence format?
Our sample follows the RBI Annex III specimen (DBOD.No.BP.BC.110/08.12.001/2008-09) — 25 numbered certifications for multiple-banking arrangements. RBI permits certification by CS, CA or CMA. If your bank uses a modified Annex III, use Send bank format and we confirm.
Can my bank's format be followed?
